Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee

Today I spoke with Jaynee Day, CEO and President of Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee. Tuned In October / November 2009

So my first post here was after having the Arthritis foundation talk about their Bone Bash event at the Cannery Ballroom. We have been airing new episodes each week since then. Since the show airs at 7am central time on 100.1 FM in the Franklin, Nashville, TN area, and online at http://Lightning100.com I know posting the show here, so you can listen on demand is important. I hope as well in the coming months we will have a section on the radio station website about the show and maybe a link here. All in good time, right?!

Yesterday morning I aired a program with Christopher Armour. He is President of Trees Nashville. We talked about why Trees are important and the upcoming Tree planting this Saturday with the Nashville Tree Foundation.

Previously I spoke with the President of Artrageous 22. A benefit for Nashville Cares, recently held here in Middle Tennessee. They have done it for the past 22 years and will continue to host this event for many years to come.
